  • Restrict condition matrix by response matrix method is much smaller than by embed method and also because management decision-making object is directly implemented. Therefore response matrix method is efficiency for foundation and solution of hydraulics management moded.Boundary element method is more suitable than by other numerical method for soling the response function by using the odd dot treating with double dot single value method and Laplace transform for time.
