  • According to the research of the pulverized coal output of CBM wells and geological conditions in Linfen block, the major geological factors affecting the output of pulverized coal were confirmed. It was pointed out that the output of pulverized coal is mainly affected by coal structure, coal thickness, buried depth and structure of coal seam. By using the grey correlation analysis method, the correlation between different geological factors and the concentration of pulverized coal was determined. The results show that the correlation coefficient of coal structure, coal thickness, coal buried depth and structure of coal seam were respectively 0.909 5, 0.685 7, 0.627 1 and 0.627 3. The analysis shows that the effect of coal structure on the output of pulverized coal is much bigger than that of other factors and coal structure is the key factor affecting the output of pulverized coal.
