The problem of eliminating noise in developing TEM instrument

The main kinds of noises are summarized, and the methods of canceling 50Hz AC and white noise as well as high amplitude noise are analyzed according to their features in developing TEM instrument.Meanwhile the relation is pointed out especially that sampling rate,sampling time and decay windows matching each other under propriety principle.
