  • The paper, with Tianjin Metro Line 2 tunnel shield construction as the background, takes a 6 floor framework residential building at the right side of the axis of the tunnel shield as the target for the study, based on the ABAQUS software, set up the calculation models of tunnel and adjacent buildings and their pile, analyzed the influence of shield construction on the deformation of adjacent buildings and pile foundation. Analysis shows that the construction of the tunnel shield leads to surface subsidence, causing deformation of the framework structure and underground pile, the whole framework has been inclined to the side of the tunnel shield. One frame beam near the end of the middle column had larger settlement, the middle column and pile had more settlement than the both sides. Also it shows that Shield construction impact on adjacent buildings and underground pile deformation is integrally related, the tunnel shield construction should be paid attention by the relevant design and construction departments.
