FILLING-SEDIMENTARY CHARACTERISTICS AND COAL-FORMING REGULATIONS OF PINGZHUANG BASIN

Based on the situations of strata and the natures of geological structure,the evoluting history of the birth, growth and death of pingzhuang basin are explained. According to the characteristics of the lithology,grain size analysis,vertical bed succession,structure of sedimentary interupting-plane and geometric forms of granulite body,the five filling-sedimentary factes of late Mesozoic era of the basin are discussed,i. e.lake, lake side fan delta,lake side delta, alluvial fan and river. And the spatial relationship of every face are given out. The sedimg.ntary enviroments of Xingyuan Group and Yuanbaoshan Group of lower Cretaceous period are sure. Finally, the regulations of structure-controlling and sedimentary envirome nt-cotrolling on coal forming and coal-prospecting regions are point out.
