ESTABLISHMENT OF MACROSCOPIC CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM FOR BITUMINOUS COAL IN CHINA

Macroscopic classification for bituminous coal is one of the research tasks for coal petrology.This paper has established the macroscopic classification system in which bituminous coal is divided by two stages of coal ingredient-coal macrolithotype.The qualitative and quantitative indicators for classification of coal macrolithotype have been found out.The classification of coal macrolithotype has been made out and its description method,content and requirement are provided.
