Abstract
The results of analysing the hydrogeochemical characteristics of the three groundwater suhystems in Linhuan mining area demonstrate that there is no significant difference about the quantity of elements disolved in groundwater among the three subsystems. This fact reflects the existence of the exchange of water among all the subsystems. As a effective method the analysis of enviromental isotops 2H and 180 can be used to determine the mining water source.
