HYDROGEOCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF GROUNDWATER REGIME IN LINHUAN MINING AREA AND THEIR USES IN DETERMING OF MINING WATER SOURCE

The results of analysing the hydrogeochemical characteristics of the three groundwater suhystems in Linhuan mining area demonstrate that there is no significant difference about the quantity of elements disolved in groundwater among the three subsystems. This fact reflects the existence of the exchange of water among all the subsystems. As a effective method the analysis of enviromental isotops ²H and ¹⁸0 can be used to determine the mining water source.
