  • There are large numbers of incompact-deposit bodies in Tiger-Leaping Gorge area of Jingsha River.The shear strength properties of the deposit bodies are very important to the slope stability analysis.In this paper,pile-loading direct shear test was put forward and carried out in fields synchronously.Though the results we obtain the stress-strain relation curves of deposit bodies,at the same time,the shear strength parameters were attained too.
