Abstract
Based on the real data to describe mine geologic structure such as obliquity, intensity of fault, information dimension of fault in coal floor, time series of the mine geological structure evolvement was simulated according to the self-similarity itself. The correlation dimension of time series had been calculated by reconstructing phase space. The analysis of examples indicates that the system state attractor of mine geological structure is chaos attractor and its evolvement has shown chaos character. The approximate scope of parameter dimension to describe mine geological structure system phase space is disclosed. The accumulative value of obliquity can reflect the chaos character more because it includes multi-information for fold and fault. So the dimension it reflected is more close to the real value of dimension to describe the phase space of chaos system. The method is significant in practice for predicting mine structure quantificationally and studying mine geological safeguard system.
