STRESS MEASUREMENT AND ITS SIGNIFICANCE IN THE MINE ENGINEERING

Based on stress measurement and investigation and analysis of deformation and failane behaviour of the tunnets, it is pointed out that stress plays on important role in mine engieering. The size,direction and distribution of the stress are inportant evidence of the stability evaluation and design of mining engheering. It is very essentional to understand various dynamic phenomena and ekplain its mechanism correctly that stress measurement its make engineering design more reasonable and safer.
