Analysis of grouted mesh-shell-bolts support stress in soft rock tunnel by measurement

  • The support of roadway within soft rock is a difficult problem in coal mining operation. In Guhanshan Mine, the engineering geological conditions of wall rock of the west main roadway is worse, the roadway was seriously deformed and destroyed, and it is difficult to support using routine method,so the grouted mesh-shell-bolt support is employed to solve this problem.Under the function of ground stress and tectonic stress, the stress distribution of the main chord pole and the inner bone tendon and the coupling stress between support and surrounding rock are measured in situ. The internal force distribution and its variation law of the support are analyzed, the results indicate that under bias loading and high tectonic stress, the mesh-shell support could keep good functional mode and the deformation and destruction of roadway surrounding rock under complex geological conditions could be controlled effectively.
