Managing information system of gas prediction based on GIS

Taking the gas prediction information system of Pansan mine as example,the index of gas outburst zone prediction is analyzed.This paper also discusses how to achieve the scientific and automatic management of gas prediction using the advanced geography information system(GIS) technique and computer technique.The collective framework and functions of the system are analyzed and designed based on ArcView.Moreover,the key technology of this system is also analyzed.
