  • The true 3D modeling is a common issue for geology,three-dimensional GIS,scientific visualization and engineering application.This paper presented a new 3D data model that based on TEN,and introduced the TEN's generation algorithm and steps.The example indicated that this algorithm can produce the tetrahedron unit grid of the arbitrary shape 3D geological body well.
