Based on the characteristics of the fracture-karst water flow in Jinan spring-zone, a 3D finite-element mathematics model is established and it is solved by the way of isoparametric finite-element technique. Parameters of the model are fit by the data of 2001~2002.To provide the basis for schientific controlling ground water supply in Jinan spring-zone,the water drainage plan is evaluated,and the feasibility for spring protection and water supply is discussed.The results are useful for ground water controlling in this area.
