Numerical simulation of loading test on composite foundation with single rigid pile

Loading test can not reveal the actual working behaviors and load transfer mechanism,and the testing condition is usually different from the actual working condition,therefore,the key mechanical theories involved in numerical simulation of loading test are studied,and the three-dimension numerical simulation model is founded.The suitability of the model is proved by comparing the real loading test results with the calculating results using the above model.The results indicate that the results of numerical simulation and loading test are basically similar.
