Discriminant Function Fuzzy Pattern Recognition Method

Based on the analysis of problems to apply discriminant analysis in coal geology and exploration, and according to probability theory and fuzzy theory this article present a new classification method-discriminant function fuzzy pattern recognitionmethod (DFFPRM).The method is product of comining mathematical stastics with fuzzy mathematics. Practic; have proved that the DFFPRM can overcome that there are still some problems in discriminant analysis.
