Study on underground sphere’s orientation by probability tomography

The probability tomography,which is defined as the cross-correlation product of the total observed electric field component and the scanning function, divided by the square root of the product of respective variances, is a new interpretation for the recognition of buried charges. This paper gives a research of underground sphere in electrical prospecting. Theoretical models and results of tomography is worked out.These works also prove that this method is useful and easy to be computed.
