Study on stability of overburden stratum structure by numerical simulation for shallow coal seam

  • Taking longwall face 1203 in Daliuta mine of Shendong mining area for example,the paper sets up the corresponding numerical model by numerical simulation software which adapts to analyzing the rupture and collapse of the rock strata and makes dynamic numerical compute.The result of simulation reveals the failure rules of the key stratum structure,shows up the mining height which control the sliding of the key stratum structure is 2 meter,and supplies the foundation for the water-preserved mining and environmental protection in Shendong mining area.
