THE GEOLOGIC SIGNIFICANCE OF DISCOVERING DETROVITRINITE IN RAW OIL

Abstract We have observed Jurassic source oils by means of CLSM in Junggar basin,and discovered firstly detrovitrinite in source oils at home.The characteristics of detrovitrinite in oils are (1) having sharp-pointed angle;(2)1~30 μm in diameter and (3) reflectance value is nearly to that of Jurassic coal,and oils with a lot of detrovitrinite contain some biomarkers which are from terrestrial higher blants,therefore,the oils containing a lot of detrovitrinite may origin from coal measure,the characteristics and reflectance value of detrovitrinite in source oils can show the relation of oil-source rocks..
