Classopollis AND ITS PALAEOCLIMATE

The paper makes a case analysis on Jiaopin mining area of a Jurassic coal field, discusses pollen Classopollis and the palaeoclimate of its parent plants. It points out that the palaeoecological environments of Classopollis-producing plants were various and the parent plants lived at least in part under a humid environment suitable to coal-forming condition.
