APPLICATION OF CSR DRILLING TECHNIQUE WITH EQUIPMENT MADE IN CHINA IN EAST XUANHUA COAL FIELD

The results of performing CSR drilling with equipments made in China in coal field exploration are related.The major equipments and technique of CSR are introduced.The performance and suitability of these equipments are compared and evaluated and some advices are given.In tests of drilling 3 boreholes,the CSR drilling with equipments made in China reached a depth of 364.06m.It's deeper using localized equipments than imported ones.Based on statistics,the average drilling effeciency with CSR technique is 3.6~10.10m/h which is 2.8~4.7times faster than using alloy bit drilling method.In CSR drilling the max efficiency of single rob(about 6 metres) is 48.36m/h.The consumption to drill one hole is 44.5% lower than using alloy bit drilling.The geological samples obtained by CSR drilling is accurate and in time.The rock power colected is clean and-nonpolluted.The collection percentage of rock powder is 100% in dry-hole and about 50% in water-hole.The hydrological data obtained by CSR drilling,such as the motionless water level underneath the ground,the underground water temperature and water quality,is also accurate and reliable.In a word,CSR drilling technqiue is advanced.
