ANCIENT TOPOGRAPHY CONTROLES BAUXITE IN BAIPING DENGFENG, HENAN

First, the writers restore the ancient topography in the span depositing G stratum bauxite at Baiping Dengfeng, Henan with the way of trend plain and prove it is reliable. Then, the writers investigate the function that ancient topography controles the thickness of aluminium-bearing system of rock, the distribution of plants, Al₂O₃/TiO₂ and the distribution of ore bodies, the quality of ore, the constructure of ore. The writers put forward the new view that ancient upheaval controles mineralization. The writers also have some new opinions in the process of mineralization and the way to look for mine.
