  • One of the important factors for grounting to control shaftlining is understanding the flow properties and pressure distribution of slurry. The porous pressure modeling of grout can be gotten by combining porous seepage continuum equation and Bingham's hydrodynamics equation.A simplification of the model of thin cement grout flowage in porous aquifers is brought forward and a grout porous pressure equation considering pressure losses due to aquifer vertical expansion is represented.A practical application shows that the grout pressure distribution around shaft lining and adjacent aquifers can be figured out by this model.
