The bit-sintering furnace automatic controlled by EIP

Because the traditional case-type sintering furnace has the difficulty to conduct the large diameter bit(larger than 250 mm) and the temperature is difficult to control.The new furnace is developed,which has many functions of IC(intelligent control) in sinter process by operating EIP(Embedded Intelligent Platforms),e.g.it's automatically monitoring the heating curve and the recovering velocity;lifting the skip;opening and closing the furnace door;leveling the sintering parts in a high temperature state,designing all kinds of functional parameter;forewarning the process of discharging and charging and so on.The new developed sintering furnace can sinter the large bit with diameter less than 400 mm.
