Analysis on different factors affecting coal isothermal adsorption test

In order to improve the method of coal isothermal adsorption testing, the effects of coal granularity, pressure, temperature and equilibrium time upon adsorption characters of different rank coal were studied with a systematic way. The factors affecting adsorption result were analyzed; moreover, the optimal testing conditions were confirmed. Based on the results, the main technical parameters of coal isothermal adsorption testing method were defined.
