RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MATERIAL COMPONENT OF DEVONIAN COAL AND ECOLOGICAL PROPERTY OF EARLY TERRESTRIAL PLANT IN DAMAIDI, SICHUAN

There are several lenticular coal seams occurred in Middle Devonian around Damaidi,in which the content of cutinite is >75% in general,the type,content and texture of cutinite in different coal-rich points are different,and the obvious differentiation phenomena are presented,reflecting the adaptability of early terrestrial plant to the environment and its ecological property.That is the result of comprehensive actions of the factors such as coal-accumulating environment,plant type and ecology and so on.Starting from the coal petrology,palaeobotany and sedimentary environment analysis,in this paper the genetic telations among them and the ecological property of early vascular plant reflected from them are expounded.
