A STUDY ON THE GENESIS OF THE NAPPE OUTLIERS IN LIANSHAO COAL-FIELD

As many as 25 nappe outliers have been preliminary determined in Lianshao coal-field.They were developed mostly in Ceshui Formation and its overlying or underlying strata.This phenomenon was resulted from a high percentage（more than 50％）of soft rocks（coal and shale）in the strata.According to the characteristics,there are three formation mechanisms:1)Classical overlap glides;2)Fault-related outliers and 3)Ouliers related to complex overfolds and recumbent folds.
