Abstract
On the basis of careful analysis of the hydrogeological conditions in the Jin-Shaan-Mong adjoining region, the writer has established a mathematical model of groundwater flow in the region and identified its parameters by combined finite element method with nonlinear programming. The optimal management models of regional groundwater resources are developed in the light of the industrial distribution and requirement of water supply of the region. A optimal dispensing scheme has been found using the unite response matrix method. Finally, the sensitivity analysis has proved that the optimal scheme is reasonable and correct.
