PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE THERMODYNAMICAL ESSENCE OF PALAE-OCEANOGRAPHICAL BENTHONIC COMMUNITY
On the basis of basic principle of thermodynamics,the thermodynamical characteristics of palaeo-oceanographical benthonic community are analyzed.Some preliminary opinions about the community succession and evolution,biological extinction events and punctuated equilibria are put forward using the thermodynamical theory.
