  • The sequence stratigraphic resolution is discussed theoretically.The sequence stratigraphy bounded by unconformity, and the cause of sequence formation is contacted with many factors. It is demonstrated the sequence stratigraphy chronic resolution capability is not superior to concrete approach which the sequence stratigraphy depend on; space resolution capability of the sequence stratigraphy is restricted by variant data, between with the supremacy resolution capability and undermost resolution capability, disproportionably. Finally, it is discussed how to enhance the resolution capability of sequence stratigraphy.
