EVALUATION ON THE CONFINEMENT OF COAL-ENCLOSING ROCKS IN NORTHERN AREA OF HANGCHENG MINING DISTRICT

Based on a lot of statistics, tests and analyses,the confining capacities of various enclosing rocks of No.3 coal seam in Northen area of Hangcheng Mining District are studied from the aspects such as petrological properties of coal-enclosing rocks,combination forms of sections,structural parameters of pores and so on. It is defined that their confining types are better,providing the basis for the exploration and development of coalbed methane and prediction of mine gas.
