Reinforcement and water plugging technology of roof grouting in Gaojiabao coal mine

  • Coal seam roof water hazard is one of the hidden dangers for safe production in coal mines, extremely harmful to mine safe production. Taking the roof grouting and water plugging in Gaojiabao coal mine of Binchang coal Mining area in Shaanxi Province as an example, the water-conducting passage and the characteristics of water enrichment of roof were analyzed, and a large number of grouting tests were carried out. Finally, a plan for roof water control was put forward. The results show that the height of roof cracks detected by horizontal drilling and horizontal grouting has exceeded 210 M. The angle of fracture development is above 80 degrees, and the grouting effect is better by combining filling grouting, intermittent grouting and rapid sealing grouting. The research results can be used for reference in the popularization of roof grouting reinforcement technology in similar mining areas.
