Application of channel wave seismic technique in detection of faults in the first working of Jinjiaqu Colliery

  • In order to analyze and evaluate scientifically the effect of potential disaster-inducing geological factors in a working face and to guide effectively underground coal mining, the first working face 110301 in Jinjiaqu coal mine of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group was taken as study object, underground channel wave seismic reflection method and seismic transmission method were used to detect the concealed structures inside the working face 110301. An underground channel wave seismic observation system was designed in combination of the actual situation of the working face. Through acquisition of channel wave seismic data, the tomographytechnology of transmitted channel wave energy and reflected channel wave was used to analyze and process the channel wave data, finally the concealed fault in the working face 110301 of Jinjiaqu Mine was found out, providing decision basis for the safe extraction in the working face.
