Design of real-time monitoring and monitoring system for CBM production based on WSN

  • For difficulties including the on-site dispersion of CBM production, real-time communication and production data acquisition, the paper proposes that the wireless sensor network technology can be used to realize the system design for on-site data acquisition, data transmission, real-time monitoring, instruction issuing and instruction execution. Because the wireless sensor network communication is susceptible to interference, the communication distance is limited and the service life of the wireless sensor node is also limited, the paper suggests that the self-developed Loongson CPU, C-MAC protocol and products including general wireless sensor nodes, wireless gateways and relays based on the technology can be considered as the main products for this design so as to solve the problems existing in the wireless sensor network application. As quite a number of different data needs to be collected on site, communication ports such as serial ports, parallel ports and USB ports are configured in leaf nodes of the wireless sensor during the design. The redundancy technology and the probabilistic statistical theory algorithm are used in the design of the back-end management system to improve the system reliability.
