Design of hydraulic mining equipment and experiments for fracturing rocks and slurry lifting in deep hole

Abstract
As a new unconventional mining method, boring hydraulic mining technology has its unique advantages for mining easily dispersed, loose, porous and weakly cemented solid minerals. On the basis of principle of boring hydraulic mining, the study mainly on the operating principle and the structure of rock-fracturing high pressure water gun was carried out, the optimization design was conducted in aspects such as slurry lifting system. The design has been verified through numerical modeling and analysis, test of physical models on surface and in hole. The corresponding boring hydraulic mining technology was studied. The study provides technical support for future development of deep minerals.
