Influence of the perfomance of eolian arenaceous cemented filling materials on response of water-solid ratio

  • Coal miming technolgy with cemented filling is a new mining technology based on the safety of ecology, geology and resources, mass fraction is an important factor controlling the performance of cemented filling materials. In order to know well the response of eolian arenaceous cemented filling materials to the mass fraction, the law of the influence of the mass fraction on multi-performances of the materials was tested and studied. The results show that compressive strength, slump, bleeding rate and layering degree had significant response to the mass fraction, but weak response to the time of coagulation. With the increase of the mass fraction, the strength increased rapidly, the slump, bleeding rate and the layering degree decreased obviously, and the time of coagulation decreased slowly. At the same time, the mass fraction was directly related to the concrete indicators such as yield stress, viscosity coefficient, on-way resistance, but its influence law for different indicators differed signficantly. From the analysis, it was believed that the control of the mass fraction on the performance and the indicators of the materials was based on the chemical and physical process of moisture during transportation and hardning of the materials. The moisture was the participator in chemical reaction, also the controlor of physical performance. For each cemented filling material, it exists a reasonable interval of the mass fraction.
