Amelioration of hierarchical method of single borehole pumping test and its application in Zhundong coalfield

  • Strata in Zhundong coalfield are weakly consolidated, sensitive to water and poor in anti-disturbance, so traditional hierarchical top-down pumping test in the area easily leads the hole collapse, sealing failure in the adjacent aquifers, difficulties in pulling out well pipes and filter pipes. All these problems have resulted in large deviation or failure of the pumping test results. Based on the practical analysis, the bottom-top hierarchical method of pumping test was put forward. It effectively solved the problems of the traditional method and is easy to implement. Hydrogeological parameters of steady flow pumping test obtained by this method accorded to the actual conditions in the mining area. After pumping test in Zhundong coalfield, the bottom-top hierarchical method of pumping test has obtained good effect and certain guiding significance for the hole pumping test of the same type of coalfield.
