Optimal design of mine-used inclinometer based on 3D design software

  • The finite element analysis for main parts of an inclinometer, based on SolidWorks Simulation tool, has carried on, and the parts are optimized to meet the requirement of use, eventually making the parts quality reduced by nearly 22%. When loaded, the deformation of the parts is in the range of security and the safety coefficient is 36.27, thus making the structure parameters more reasonable.
