Design and application of test bench for full hydraulic rig's circuit board

  • Circuit board test bench has been created to ensure the reliability of threaded cartridge type circuit board processing quality. This one is composed of two sections:data acquisition system and hydraulic control system. Through the research of the circuit plate check valve leakage effect influence law on the pressure loss and the rotational speed of the motor, and with comparison of hydraulic control one-way valve reverse leakage automatic test and manual test results, the validity of the test results and the accuracy was confirmed. It provides a reference for evaluation of full hydraulic drilling rig key parts processing quality and optimization design of hydraulic system.
