Reinforcement of working face by grouting in floor in Jiaozuo coal mining area

  • The hydrogeological conditions are very complex in Jiaozuo coal mining area and the floor is seriously thretened by confined water, so the floor of working face has been reinforced and transformed by grouting. But water inrush accidents still have occured in working face reformed in recent years, seriously influencing the normal production and causing hidden danger for safety in coal mines. Through investigation of eight water inrush accidents in Jiaozuo coal mining area in recent years, the paper analyzes the source of water inrush, the situation of reinforcement and transformation by grouting, summarizes the effecting factors of water inrush, calculates and verifies the position prone to water inrush, then puts forward control measures to ensure the safe, high and stable production in coal mines.
