Some understanding of identifying tectonic coal by logging curve

According to the experience in practical work, five recognitions were put forward about some questions of the methods identifying tectonic coal with logging curves, some conceptual issues were clarified.The method is the only feasible one to detect tectonic coal in new mining district unexposed by roadway at present, provides basic data for forecasting regional outburst danger. But it is necessary to understand fully the characteristics and complexity of application of this technology. Artificial qualitative identification method is only feasible to identify tectonic coal with the application of existing logging data in a coal mine. Researching or importing new logging technology makes it possible to explore the quantitative method and the computer automatic identification method.
