Application of crawler roof bolter in roadway support of Jianbei mine

Bolting is a kind of fast,safe and economic coal mine roadway support.At present,it is the advanced technology of roadway support.The paper introduced the development of ZDY200LM crawler hydraulic bolting rig，including the overall layout,running gear,drill frame assembly,console,hydraulic systems and electrical systems.Take the practical application in Huangling Jianbei mine of Shaanxi Coal Group for an example,it has clarified the advantages of ZDY200LM crawler hydraulic bolting rig in roadway support.It has also provided reference and guidance for the design and development of the construction equipment such as similar anchor cable (rod).
