Design and development of supporting system for designing PDC coring bit
In order to improve the level of geological exploration drill design and shorten the research cycle, a CAD system for PDC coring bit was developed in this paper, based on the Pro/Engineer software and Pro/Toolkit and VC++ development tools. The CAD system contains three-dimensional parametric drawings, two-dimensional parametric drawings, design calculations and analysis.
