Plane wave pre-stack depth migration based on wave equation

The characteristics of plane wave are described. Plane wave decomposition of spherical wave under the transformation of Fourier is analyzed. Local decomposition and imaging of plane wave under shot gather are described. Finally, from the result of pilot calculation of the Marmousi model, we can test that the methods of local plane wave pre-stack depth migration imaging based on the wave equation can improve the computational efficiency, the range and spacing of ray parameters are the main factors for plane wave imaging quality, plane wave of different angles of incidence can make different contribution to the final imaging result.
