Quantitative evaluation of geological structure complexity: with Guobei coal mine as example

  • Aiming at the problems of geological structure developed in Guobei coal mine, which seriously impactes coal production, through careful analysis of the fault characteristics and distribution law, three aspects of representative factors, i.e.fault development characteristics, sedimentary media, economic-technical conditions were taken to establish a structure assessment index model, and to predict the geological structural complexity of the different sections according of same character to the grey correlation analysis method and index evaluation method of blocks.Same character of the results showed that the evaluation results were similar with the results exposed by the coal mine, the reliable results provide references for production of coal mine.
