Design of separating workpieces for drilling rod

Drilling rod is the important equipment for drilling gas drainage boreholes presently.In drilling rod processing,workpiece loading and unloading are carried artificially,which causes high work intensity and low work efficiency.In order to realize automatic loading and unloading,we need design separating workpieces for drilling rod,taking the single drilling rod from bundle container.This paper chooses triaxial separating scheme,through analyzing three separating ways contrastively,and introduces the design idea and realization process of this scheme in detail.
