The mode of “Five Modernization and Cooperation” in coal development project

  • Mining engineering plays a crucial role in providing energy and raw materials to human societies. With the integration of new information technology and traditional mining technology, traditional mining engineering management is struggling to keep up with the demands of efficient coal resource development and utilization. In response, this paper proposes a "Five Modernizations and Cooperation" project management method that combines traditional and modern technologies. The Five Modernizations include greenization, intellectualization, integration, professionalization, and refinement. This method emphasizes multi-objective, collaborative, open, servo, and self-organizing characteristics, with the ultimate goal of optimizing value. The full life cycle engineering framework system is built with "Five Modernizations and Cooperation" at its core. In the application of intelligent mining construction, safe and efficient mining and well construction engineering have been achieved. This provides a reference for mining engineering decision-making, construction, and management, and sets a new standard for intelligent coal mine construction and management. It also represents a harmonious integration of engineering and economy, engineering and technology, engineering and management, and the unity of man and nature, making it a valuable contribution to the field of engineering construction and management.
