Design and experiment of downhole hydraulic packer for coalbed methane subhorizontal drilling

摘要: 通过近水平钻孔对高瓦斯煤田内煤层气实时原位探测,是提高煤层气抽放率和保证煤田开采安全的重要前提,而对孔底进行原位密封则是实现原位探测技术的关键。设计出了一种能方便快捷地实现孔底原位密封的水力封隔器,并通过了室内试验和现场应用。测试表明:密封胶筒的耐压力在有外围限制的情况下至少可达1 MPa,膨胀后的直径可达114 mm,对于Φ75 mm、Φ95 mm和Φ105 mm的煤层气钻孔完全适用。Abstract: With the gradual exploitation of the global natural resources,many countries pay more attention to the coalbed methane(CBM) resources and invest to develop the relative new technologies and stimulation measures.It is an important supporting measure for enhancing the CBM recovery rate and safe coal extraction to master the de-tail CBM conditions in coalbed through the subhorizontal drilling in-situ exploring.Furthermore,the key of it is to realize the downhole hydraulic seal.This paper creates a new-type downhole hydraulic packer that can satisfy this requirement conveniently and quickly.The indoor experiment and in-situ experiment show that this packer can be applied in engineering practice.
