Development law of the multi-loop tube freezing temperature field in deep thick clay layer

  • Multi-loop tube freezing method has been widely used in deep strata in mines, in order to study the development law of the multi-loop tube freezing temperature field, a mine in Huainan was studied, in this paper, the development law of the multi-loop tube freezing temperature field is analyzed by using the field measurement data and FLAC3D software. Research results show that the circle hole in the freezing wall is the first to start, the second is the outer ring hole, and finally the inner ring hole, the temperature and the average temperature of frozen wall decreased in logarithmic relation with the extension of freezing time and tended to be stables finally, the effective thickness of the freezing wall increased obviously after the intersection, increased in logarithmic relation with the extension of freezing time, the temperature field curve of the main surface and interface was approximately V-shaped in the freezing tube, the temperature of the main surface and interface decreased with the extension of freezing time, the feasibility of frozen wall model was verified by contrastive analysis, numerical simulation provides reference value for engineering construction.
