外丝钻杆螺纹的滚压加工

THE ROLLING PROCESS FOR EXTERNAL THREAD OF DRILL ROD

  • 摘要: 影响滚压螺纹质量的因素是滚压设备和滚压工艺。现有钻杆滚丝机在设计上存在的问题是滚丝轮与钻杆在滚压加工中存在滑动;滚丝轮螺纹和钻杆螺纹的螺旋角有误差。新的滚丝轮设计依据滚压的2个基本条件、设计所需的8个主要几何参数和7个计算公式,克服了上述2个缺点。热滚压和冷滚压两种滚压工艺各有优缺点,前者工序简单但滚压的螺纹易变形,后者钻杆螺丝不易变形但工序复杂。新的滚压工艺——复合滚压,是热滚压和冷滚压的综合。

     

    Abstract: The factors having effect on the quality of external thread of drill rod are rolling machine and rolling technique.Two shortcomings are existent in designing of the present thread rolling machine.The first is that the thread rolling die and drill rod slip somewhat in the rolling process.Secondly there is error between the thread roll angles of thread rolling die and drill rod.Based on two basic rolling conditions,eight parameters needed by design and seven theoretical calculating formulas,the new design of the thread rolling die has overcome the above two shortcomings.About rolling technology,the hot rolling is of simple process but easy to change the shape of the rolled thread,while the cool rolling is on the contrary.A new rolling technique,i.e. multiple rolling,is illustrated which is the synthesis of hot rolling and cool rolling.
